Refund conditions
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods ordered.
If you wish to successfully cancel your order, you must inform us and provide us with all the necessary information.
You can inform us of the cancellation by emailing [email protected].
We will refund your money within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. Your money will be refunded in the same way as the payment for the order, without any additional refund fee.
Conditions for returning goods:
To return purchased goods, please make sure that:
- Purchased in the last 14 days
- The goods are in their original packaging
Goods that cannot be returned:
- Made-to-order products.
- Goods that cannot be returned because of their nature, such as expired goods.
- Goods that are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons after unpacking.
- Goods which, after delivery, are used with other goods (mixtures of goods).
We reserve the right to refuse the return of goods, even if they meet the above requirements.
Return of goods
You bear the risk and cost of returning the goods. Please send returned goods to the following address:

We are not responsible for any damage to the goods during the return process. Therefore, we suggest that you choose a secure shipping provider. We will not be able to refund your money if you do not provide a receipt for the purchase of the goods or a delivery note.
