Delivery service

Throughout Lithuania (except Curonian Spit), In Latvia and In Estonia We deliver all types of wood-burning and electric stoves, sauna doors, sauna stones, wood and other sauna materials.

All paid same-day shipments are packed and dispatched the next working day.

We ship on all days except Saturday and Sunday. Delivery of goods after dispatch is subject to the availability of the parcel service.

Usually Lithuania goods are received via 1 – 3 working days after its dispatch.

Delivery to Latvia, Estonia longer and may take time 3 – 7 working days.

The delivery price depends on quantity, weight and dimensions.

We send the goods if the basket is at least equal to or greater than 20 € amount.

Fill in your shopping basket details in the e-shop and find out how much it will cost to deliver the item to your door or post office.

The delivery operator is the logistics/freight company DLW, Raben and Omniva.

After ordering by phone or email, we agree on quantities and delivery times, and issue and email a prepaid invoice. Once payment is received, we send the goods to your address via a freight forwarding company.

If for some reason you have received a defective item, please send us an email to [email protected] with the order number, the buyer's name and a brief description of the situation. We will decide individually whether you need to return the goods to us or, after assessing the loss, we will replace the damaged goods with identical ones or refund your money.
