Menthol crystals 50g

 Place a few crystals on the hot stones and use a ladle to splash water on them. In the sauna, an intense, long-lasting aroma will spread, which pleasantly refreshes and cools the skin and gives a pleasant feeling of freshness, as well as being easy to breathe.

 You can also dissolve a few crystals in 4-5 litres of hot water (dissolving from about 50ºC) and pour them over the stones.
